This policy relates specifically to the Space Shack website and services.

Invoicing and payment: Billing address and payment details, processed via our invoicing/payment provider - we do not store full card details ourselves.
Advertising and marketing: Device and browser identifiers collected through advertising cookies and pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) when you visit our site or interact with our ads, used to measure and improve our advertising.

7. How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry data for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, and no longer than 12 months if no project proceeds. Client and project data is retained for the duration of our working relationship and for 6 years afterwards to meet contractual, accounting, and legal obligations. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

Ask us to delete your data, in certain circumstances
Restrict or object to certain processing
Request a copy of your data in a portable format
Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
Right to object to direct marketing: You have an absolute right to stop us using your data for direct marketing - including any related profiling, such as ad retargeting - at any time, free of charge, and without needing to give a reason. To opt out of marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email; to opt out of advertising cookies, use the cookie preferences link in the footer of our website.
