We revitalised a Grade II listed home in Wilton Square, blending its historic character with a fresh, modern sensibility. Because of its heritage status, every design decision was made with care, ensuring the original fabric of the property remained respected while creating a layout that truly supports contemporary living.
The renovation centred on elevating the atmosphere through thoughtful lighting upgrades, richer colour palettes, and purposeful spatial reconfigurations. In the hallway and staircase, a moody yet welcoming scheme came to life through a bold tropical wallpaper paired with a carefully colour-matched staircase, crafting a dramatic first impression. Contemporary lighting and a soft new carpet added comfort and cohesion.
In the family room and dining area, a warm COAT paint scheme unified the space, complemented by modern surface-mounted lights for improved functionality. We introduced new furniture including a bespoke cat wall, bringing playful personality into the home. The dining zone was redesigned with a round table for better flow, a slim storage unit for practicality, and sleeker bi-fold doors that strengthen the connection to the garden.
Outdoors, the garden received a considered refresh with new fencing and rebuilt planters, creating a cleaner, more structured layout. The result is a home that feels timeless yet current, where heritage and modern comfort live side by side.
